Together referred to as “the Parties”.

By purchasing the Brand Visibility & Alignment Diagnostic, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Overview

The Brand Visibility & Alignment Diagnostic is a focused brand review designed to help the Client understand what is working, what is not translating clearly, and what to prioritise next across their brand.

This service reviews the Client’s brand across three connected layers:

Strategy
The foundation underneath the brand, including positioning, audience clarity, offer clarity, messaging direction and overall brand direction.

Expression
How the brand is communicated through words, visuals, website, content and key client-facing touchpoints.

Embodiment
How the brand feels to hold, share and be recognised through, including whether it reflects the Client’s current work, values and way of showing up.

The purpose of this service is to provide clear insight, recommendations and next steps. It is a diagnostic service, not a done-for-you implementation service.

2. What Is Included

The Brand Visibility & Alignment Diagnostic includes:

Diagnostic intake form
The Client will complete a form sharing relevant business, brand, offer and visibility information within 30 days of purchase.

Brand touchpoint review
The Client will provide links or files for relevant brand materials within 30 days of purchase. This may include website pages, social media profiles, offer pages, brand visuals, messaging, content examples or brand documents.

Personal Loom Video
The Service Provider will record a personalised video explaining the key findings and recommendations within 3 business days of receiving The Client's materials.

Brand Visibility & Alignment Summary PDF
The Client will receive a written summary that may include key findings, priority areas, practical recommendations and supportive practices or tools.

Three-business-day delivery
Once all required information has been received, the Client will receive their Loom walkthrough and PDF clarity map within three business days.

3. Optional Add-On: HELD Session

The Client may choose to add a 75-minute HELD Session for an additional $97 AUD (+gst for Australian residents).

This session is designed to help the Client talk through their diagnostic, ask questions, clarify priorities, integrate the findings and receive energetic support.

Depending on what arises, the session may include breathwork or a nervous system-informed practice.

The HELD Session does not include done-for-you design, copywriting, website updates or a full rebrand.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:
Complete the diagnostic intake form honestly and thoughtfully

Provide all requested brand touchpoints, links and files

Ensure all shared materials are accessible to the Service Provider

Provide information & materials within 30 days of purchase

Take responsibility for any decisions or actions made after receiving the diagnostic.

The quality and usefulness of the diagnostic depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Client.

5. Delivery Timeline

The three-business-day delivery period begins once the Service Provider has received all required information from the Client.

If the Client delays submitting the intake form or required materials, the delivery timeline will also be delayed.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.


6. Investment and Payment

The investment for the Brand Visibility & Alignment Diagnostic is:

$97 AUD (+gst for Australian Residents)

Payment is required in full before the diagnostic begins.

The optional HELD Session is:

$97 AUD (+gst for Australian Residents)

Payment for the optional session is required before the session takes place.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of this service, payments are non-refundable once the diagnostic process has begun.

The diagnostic process is considered to have begun once the Client has submitted the intake form or shared brand materials for review.

If the Client purchases the diagnostic and chooses not to complete the intake form, they may request to use the service at a later date within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, the service may be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Scope of Work

The Brand Visibility & Alignment Diagnostic does not include:

Full brand strategy
Logo design
Brand identity design
Canva template design
Website design or development
Copywriting or copy editing
Social media content creation
Implementation of recommendations
Ongoing support
Revisions to the diagnostic

The Client will receive recommendations and next steps, but the implementation of those recommendations is not included unless separately agreed and paid for.

Any additional work requested by the Client will require a separate quote or agreement.

9. Revisions

The Brand Visibility & Alignment Diagnostic includes one completed Loom recording and one Brand Visibility & Alignment Summary PDF.

Revisions are not included.

The Client may ask clarifying questions by email within 7 days of delivery. Clarifying questions are intended to help the Client understand the diagnostic, not to request additional review, extra strategy, design work, rewriting or implementation.

10. Client Materials and Access

The Client confirms they have permission to share any materials, files, links, documents, screenshots or brand assets provided to the Service Provider.

The Client remains responsible for ensuring that links are accessible and files are provided in a usable format.

The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible links, missing files, expired permissions or incomplete information.

11. Intellectual Property

The Client retains ownership of their existing brand materials, content, website, visuals and intellectual property.

The Service Provider retains ownership of their methods, frameworks, processes, templates, diagnostic structure and any original materials created as part of the service.

The Client may use the delivered Loom recording, Brand Visibility & Alignment Summary PDF and recommendations for their own business purposes.

The Client may not copy, resell, share, reproduce, teach, distribute or repurpose the Service Provider’s methods, frameworks, templates or materials as their own.

12. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to treat all confidential business information with care and respect.

The Service Provider will not share the Client’s private business information, brand materials or diagnostic findings publicly without written permission.

The Client agrees not to publicly share private methods, templates, documents or materials provided by the Service Provider without written permission.

13. Testimonials and Portfolio Use

The Service Provider may request feedback or a testimonial after the diagnostic is complete.

The Client is not required to provide a testimonial.

The Service Provider will not publicly share the Client’s name, brand materials, diagnostic findings, screenshots or results without written permission.

14. No Guaranteed Results

The Service Provider will provide thoughtful, experienced and personalised recommendations based on the information supplied by the Client.

The Client understands that results depend on many factors, including implementation, timing, audience, market conditions, business model, offer clarity and the Client’s own decisions.

The Service Provider does not guarantee specific financial results, sales outcomes, audience growth, client enquiries or business performance.

15. Support and Communication

Communication for this service will take place by email unless otherwise agreed.

The Client may ask clarifying questions within 7 days of receiving the diagnostic.

Ongoing support is not included unless purchased separately.

16. Rescheduling the Optional Session

If the Client purchases the optional HELD Session, they may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If the Client does not attend the session or provides less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed by the Service Provider.

The optional session must be used within 30 days of receiving the Brand Visibility & Alignment Diagnostic unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the Client’s use of the diagnostic, recommendations or related materials.

The Service Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service.

18. Agreement

By purchasing the Brand Visibility & Alignment Diagnostic, the Client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to this Service Agreement.

A note on timing 
When you book your Brand Visibility & Alignment Diagnostic, you are reserving space in my calendar for the next 30 days.

The process begins with your commitment. 
 
Before I review anything, there is already a shift happening: you have said yes to understanding your brand more clearly. 
 
To honour that space, please complete your diagnostic form and submit your materials within 30 days of purchase. 
 
Once I have everything I need, I’ll complete your review and send your Loom recording and Brand Visibility & Alignment Summary PDF within three business days. 
 
After the 30-day window, the diagnostic will expire unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
